How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email after completing your purchase.
Your order is confirmed once you receive the shipping email.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What if an item becomes unavailable?
If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative solution.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
Portugal: 2–5 business days
European Union: 4–7 business days
Outside EU: 6–15 business days
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery times may vary depending on carriers or customs procedures.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for online orders within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- With original tags
- In original packaging
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.
How do exchanges work?
Once stock availability is confirmed, the replacement item will be shipped.
International exchanges may be subject to customs fees.

Where are your products made?
All CALEMORE garments are produced in Portugal in collaboration with experienced local manufacturers.
What fabrics do you use?
We prioritise high-quality materials selected for durability, structure and comfort.
Whenever possible, we incorporate organic cotton and recycled polyester as part of our commitment to more responsible production.
